Vehicle Access

TRAILER (Articulated Truck / 13,6M)	All trucks larger than 12m in length that will be unloading/reloading by hand (Tail Lift Truck) must pay a fee of €100 per vehicle each time it accesses the venue. If the truck will need Resa’s service to unload/reload (using a forklift, crane, etc.) check rates with Resa. Complete the Resa Booking Form to pre-book your arrival time at the Marshalling Yard in advance in order to expedite the process. All trucks should report directly to the Marshalling Yard upon arrival to check-in and receive a Vehicle Access Pass. Once space permits, Resa Expo Logistics will direct the truck to Fira Barcelona Gran Via. All trucks will have a maximum time frame of 3 hours to unload.
SMALL VEHICLES (Vans, 7.5ton & non-articulated trucks)	All cargo vans, box trucks, and commercial vehicles smaller than 12m in length can go directly to Gate 4 of Fira Barcelona Gran Via. All will be granted access on a first come, first serve basis and are subject to an hourly fee of up to €12 to be paid upon exiting the venue. All vehicles will have a maximum time frame of 3 hours to unload.
Personal Vehicles	Personal vehicles are prohibited from entering the venue. All personal vehicles can park at Parking A adjacent to South Access and personnel can walk through the South Access Entrance to the facility. Overnight parking prohibited in Parking A.
New Process for 2026: Catering Vehicle Access during Expo Days Only	If you have a catering vehicle that needs to access Fira Barcelona Gran Via during exposition days for catering services ONLY you must complete the Catering Vehicle Access Form before the deadline (Monday 30 March) to obtain written approval from the Event Organizers. Vehicles will have a 2hr max access and staff will need to register. More information will be provided with the written approval.
Foreign License Plate	If you are planning to drive to Barcelona with a vehicle that has a foreign number plate or a Spanish plate that does not meet the requirements for driving in the Barcelona low emission zones, you must Register Your Vehicle beforehand and check that you comply with the necessary environmental requisites. Parking Facilities

Fira Barcelona is equipped with underground parking facilities (for vehicles under 2.05m in height) along its perimeter.

You can pay the 3€/hr. fee or pre-order a day-pass or a multi-day parking pass in advance through Servifira.

Day-Parking Pass: 38,07€
Multi-Day Parking Pass: 114,11€ (from Monday 20 April through Thursday 23 April)

Parking passes will be available for pick up at the Exhibitor Service Desk. If you purchased a pre-paid pass, please bring the ticket you received at the parking area to exchange it for your pass.
